A drive-through wheel cleaning system. The
Wheelwash bath is a highly cost effective drive-through mobile wheel
cleaning system designed to remove mud, dust and contamination from
vehicles. It can be surface mounted or inset.
Original Patented Design
Vehicles drive through at about 8mph and the angled grid system causes
the wheels to vibrate, knocking off muck and debris. The grids continue
submerged through the central washing bath where turbulence and vehicle
momentum washes the tyres and wheel arches.
Site Requirements
Wheelwash units are sited on a hard level area normally close to the
site exit road. No civils or mains services are needed and water can be
supplied to the main storage tank by bowser.
Units can be fully operational within 2 hours of delivery. Water and
contaminants are contained within the central bath which is easily
cleaned at regular intervals by sludge gulper or mechanical bucket.
