Spraywash is a highly cost effective drive-through mobile wheel
cleaning system designed to remove mud, dust and contamination from
vehicles. It can be surface mounted or inset.

quarries, landfill, construction sites, waste transit areas, mines,

Operation
Spraywash units can be installed in surface mounted or inset locations
on your site. The pump is activated automatically as the vehicle
arrives at the entry ramps. Tyres and wheel arches are cleaned by the
angle grid system. Mud, dust and light contamination is washed off
wheels and under-body by a series of water jet sprays, located in the
final part of the central bath.
Site Requirements
Spraywash units are sited on a hard level area close to the site exit
road. Water can be supplied to the main storage tank by bowser or
mains. There are a number of pump options depending on use and these
can be powered by diesel or electricity (single or 3 phase).
