Operation
The Powerwash is activated by a sonic sensor. Tyres, wheel arches and
bodywork are cleaned by 68 flat spray type nozzles. Wash-down water,
muck and contaminates are automatically directed to a central sump.

Spray System
High-Pressure Spray System comprises up to 68 multi-directional spray
nozzles at a mixture of 40 and 110 degree spray angles, delivering 1000
litres per minute. A hand lance on a 5 metre flexible hose is also
supplied as standard.
The Powerwash system features an additional self-flushing system
comprising 28 high-pressure washdown sprays located beneath the wash
platform. Wash times from 10 seconds to 3 minutes are controlled via an
electronic control panel.
Construction
The main Wheelwash structure is manufactured from 10mm steel plate and
angle with all exposed steelwork painted to your specification. The
central wash unit has optional 1.25 metre sidescreens to prevent
overspray. Access ramps employ angled grid platforms to shake off heavy
materials on entry and excess water on exit.

Powerwash

of vehicle types and prevailing site conditions. Installation can be
above ground or at ground level.

Mains supply to header tank.
